在这个崇尚物质追逐欲望的时代，他们追求着音乐与理想、体验着心酸与快乐，他们凝聚星星之火点亮了江沪大地，令崭新的金属之都崛起于中国摇滚乐疆土之上。为了纪念这不能忘却的一切，为了铭记在这个时代中默默付出的地下音乐家们，号角唱片在2012年10月13日发行这张《申金并》金属音乐合集唱片。而上海最为代表性的十一支金属乐队——麒缨、惊叫基督、fearless、chaos mind、six shot、RIP、天幕落、血色沉沦、墓志铭、血惊、元首首当其冲。他们在交响黑暗金属、死亡金属、前卫金属、旋律死亡、金属核、交响金属，这些风格迥异的代表性作品中，为我们展示了他们非凡的音乐创造力。他们的名字和作品同时代表着上海以及江浙沪地区最为蓬勃发展的金属最强音。
